Login

·         To access QSight, you need a unique username and password. 

·         Passwords are case sensitive (e.g., if your password is “engine,” typing “ENGINE” or “Engine” will not work).

·         NOTE: When you login for the very first time, you will be asked to change the password for security reasons.  To ensure you typed the new password correctly, QSight requires you to enter it twice.

·         If you receive an “Access Restricted” notice after logging in, you may need to request that your site administrator adjust your QSight “role,” which governs your page permissions.

 

Automatic Logoff

·         To protect your account from unauthorized access, QSight automatically logs you off after an extended period of inactivity.

·         Contact your local QSight administrator for information on the length of your site’s automatic logoff interval.

 

If you forget your password…

·         If you forget your password, click the link at the bottom of the login page labeled “Forgot your password?  Click Here.” 

·         QSight will ask you for your username and email address.  Be sure to use the email address from your QSight user record.  QSight will email you a new password.

·         When you login with the new password for the first time, you will be asked to change it.

·         If you have not put an email address in your QSight user record, contact your Site Admin or QSight technical support at 1-877-774-4488 to reset your password.

·         If you cannot remember your username, contact your Site Admin or QSight technical support at 1-877-774-4488.
